I am a multi-disciplinary designer interested in community facing solutions achieved through progressive problem solving. I am fascinated with the theory surrounding type design and unique print practices.

My work deals with a wide range of material from archival visual ephemera to my own research and writing.

We Design For The Community/
The Common Press

2024 - Ongoing

Through the ‘We design for the community’ project, I have been working alongside Common Press - an independant radical bookshop and arts space. The aim of the project was to provide support through design to community and charity organisations that would otherwise not have the time or funds to do this themselves.

The inspiration for the aesthetic of the assets came from the cut + paste, punk visuals from the 70s that were created as a result of limited materials, budget and time. Paying homage to this time in history made sense for the content as well as being generally clear and striking.
